The common surface treatments of YMP include: electroplating, electrophoresis, painting, powder spraying, sand blasting, polishing, shot blasting, laser engraving, etching, CD pattern, silk screen printing, wire drawing, blackening, anodizing, hard oxidation, thick film oxidation, micro-arc oxidation and so on. Basically, we can process all the metal materials in the market, and we are equipped with spectrometers to ensure the authenticity of the materials. A2: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid set up cost. And we will take picture for your check. If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
A3: Various type of 2D or 3D drawings are acceptable, such as JPG, PDF, DWG, DXF, IGS, STP, X_T, SLDPRT etc.
A4: Normally we pack goods according to customers' requirement. For reference: wrapping paper, carton box, wooden case, pallet.
A5: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i ncluding re-call according to real situation.
